Can I receive a quote for repairs online?
AEach vehicle is evaluated and appraised for work on a case-by-case basis. Furthermore, investigation during the original service(s) can uncover additional necessary repairs. For the most accurate pricing, vehicle inspection is recommended.

Why are standard service prices not listed online?
ABecause standard service pricing can change over time relative to market conditions, manufacturer requirements, and/or part availability. The most accurate pricing results from vehicle inspection.

Are shop mechanics certified?
AYes. All Cooper’s Auto Service shop mechanics are certified according to Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) standards.

Are service discounts available?
AOngoing discounts include 5% off all parts and labor for current AAA members, and 5% off all parts for current Angie’s List members. For current service specials, please stay tuned to our Current Specials page.

What if I need to be towed to the shop?
AOur preferred contractor is Northwestern Towing (503) 253-7865. Let the driver know to bring your car to our facilities. You will be contacted once a vehicle assessment has been made.

What if I am not able to stay for the duration of the repair(s)?
AIf you are unable to wait for your vehicle’s repair, or the repair is estimated to take several days, we will contact you with updates, authorization requests, and notify you of repair completion.

Is a shuttle or rental car service available?
AThe shop has a local shuttle service that is always available to our customers, however this service is limited to the Gateway area. Off-site rental vehicles can be acquired through Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the customer’s expense, and delivered to the shop. We are happy to contact Enterprise Rent-A-Car and make the arrangements on your behalf.

Can I drop my car off after business hours?
AYes. To do so, please locate the black box outside the main office door. Inside the box will be an envelope for vehicle keys, as well as basic customer and vehicle information. Once the form is complete and the keys are in the envelope, please drop the envelope through the front door mail slot. Customers should be aware that secure overnight storage can only be offered to those vehicles delivered during business hours.
